“Wish it were better”
Current Employee – been working at Microsoft full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Good Benefits, salary and equipment
Cons – Strange Culture, out of touch with regular people. Most everyone acts like they are better than the rest of the world.
Advice to Senior Management – Bring back Bill so the the company can innovate again.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
