Former Employee – worked at MindTree full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Culturally strong, Good Work, Awesome people, Nice Ambience
Cons – Salary Structure is not as per standard, take home is low
Advice to Senior Management – retain who deserves.They let go good employees
