I have been working at Mohonk Mountain House part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good money
Good bosses
Flexible Hours
Pretty good food available for lunch and dinner breaks
Cons – Pay drops a lot in the winter
Sometimes management will blame the employees for problems with the system.
Amount of hours available change a lot.
Always seem to be hiring new employees and cutting hours of veteran workers
Advice to Senior Management – Dont blame employees for holes in the system.
