“Good company, though they are a subsidiary to a bigger nursing home”
Current Employee – been working at Morrison Healthcare
Pros – -Treated very well, management shows respect when it's deserved
-Since I was a student at the time (and still currently am), they were really good with scheduling around school schedules
-Good pay for a full time student.
Cons – -No clear room for advancement at all.
-Company policies are nowhere near clear enough and are not followed by management.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep on doing what you're doing, but try to follow the rules you're setting a bit more.
