“One of the best places to Work”
Former Employee – worked at Motorola Mobility full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Lots of creative and intelligent people around to learn and grow , flexible timings and great office atmosphere. Motorola has seen its share of ups in the 2006 and downs from 2008.
Cons – Slow management decision making capabilities are a little frustrating
Advice to Senior Management – None
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
