Current Employee – been working at Motorola Solutions full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Just paperwork
Easy day in easy day out. 9-5 job
Rely responsibility into ODM/JDM
Not as innovative, and fun as it used to be when it was one company: Symbol
Cons – Senior management is not capable, lack of vision, concept, and fearful of risks.
Direction of the company is lost, products are not refreshing, and same as before just change the mechanical packaging. Products are buggy and do not perform well.
Meetings, meetings, and meetings.
Advice to Senior Management – Advice to empolyees at Holtsville, NY:
