Current Employee – been working at NASDAQ OMX Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – It depends on which floor or department you're with, you can wear jeans and sneakers to work.

Cons – Your boss may not know what you're doing so you may not be appreciated.

Advice to Senior Management – Some jobs need to be done by more than two persons for controlling purpose. Having only one person works on certain things may help to save cost but will risk running into errors.
