“Good for exposure and contacts”
Current Employee – been working at NCS Pte full-time for more than a year
Pros – A lot of opportunities and exposure since it is the leading SI in Singapore.
Cons – Going through major reorganisation. Rigid process. Fat mid-management.
Advice to Senior Management – Too many and costly mid-management
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
