I have been working at Navigant Consulting full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Consultants at all levels have a myriad of industry and operating experience prior to becoming consultants. The expertise and knowledge from hands-on work enhances empathy with clients and the ability to bring solutions to bear.
Cons – Growth is primarily via acquisition versus organic
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to improve on communicating the overall strategy of the firm and how our various groups fit in.
