I have been working at Navigant Consulting full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Navigant is a great company with interesting work. It's is less rigid than some competitor firms and often offers a more flexible work environment.

    Cons

Navigant can be a somewhat siloed organization at times. Being a publicly traded company appears to limit salary/bonus growth at times.
