Current Employee – been working at Navistar full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Hardwork is rewarded, Lots of opportunity to make lateral and upward move, Great leadership in Finance/Accounting, Awesome boses, Nice coworkers
Cons – Instability due to difficultly from failed engine strategy

Advice to Senior Management – Do as if you are spending your money
