Pros

Clean place to work and it is steady work. Training you can get if you ask for it is great.

Very poor development programs, if you want to develop you need to take it upon yourself.

Current Employee - Sales Representative in Houston, TX (US)

    Pros

Benefits are nice but thats it

    Cons

No help...most sales reps are on there on. Supervisors send emails all day and expect sales reps to read emails follow pw, fill out dot, and work 12-14 hrs a day... with no help. Routes get bigger and company cuts pay, and layoff employees. You might gain new accts, but your pay will stay the same. Nestle wants all employees to remain on the same pay scale

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please bring back base pay with variable ot, and keep comm. PS...we only need 3 Dsl's. Commission is way to low...really.

Former Employee - Client Services in Dublin, OH (US)

    Pros

    - Plenty of opportunities to learn many different skills.
    - Worldwide company with chances to transfer to other facilities.
    - As a recent graduate, the company gives you great experience and it looks amazing on a resume!
    - Paid time off and holidays.
    - Other wonderful benefits (401K, discounted products, insurance, etc).

    Cons

    - Management at my facility picked their favorites and were not afraid to fire those that didn't fit into their group.
    - My specific manager would get highly upset for no reason and would begin to yell at us. Very unprofessional!
    - Employees were not listened to in terms of ideas for improvements or changes.
    - Company relies too heavily on the work of temp agencies to staff their facilities. This leads to low employee morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the employees a voice! Many employees with amazing ideas and talents are being squandered.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
