    Pros

    Pay and bennifits were top notch. Communication from from upper management was the best I have ever seen in the corporate world!

    Cons

    Highly stressfull job, which was very bad for your health and family life!

    Open up the sales and presales side to internal employees.

    Everyone at the company is helpful and willing to do what is necessary to get the job done for our customers.

    Cons

    Growth at the company has led to change at the company. The change has not always been smooth. Change is needed to continue to grow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Customer experience has taken a back seat to quick and easy support model. Customers don't care for this. We need to get back to driving the customer experience with full service support.
