“Not a company for the best talents”
Former Employee – worked at New Oriental full-time for more than a year
Pros – OK salary, relatively laid-back environment, many young collegues
Cons – No bonus. Took 5 or even more years to get promoted. Salaries maintain the same until you get promoted.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
