Good starting point for experience and learning to build your business as a personal trainer

Personal Trainer (Current Employee)
Brooklyn, NY (US)

I have been working at New York Sports Club full-time for less than a year

ProsGood work environment, friendly coworkers and gym members, free gym membership to all New York Sports Clubs.

ConsCan be a little slow for new personal trainers, in terms of getting clients. Pay isn't so great when working floor hours. The only way to make good money is to train clients.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot to have new floor trainers with so many floor hours, and no clients to train.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
