Downsides of working for Nokia Siemens Network is too rapid change at times.

    Pros

    So far lucky to have great managers.
    Lots of flexibility to move within the company.
    Company policies are fairly open to allow BYOD technology.
    Excellent work/life balance.
    Company strives to have good goals/ideas for culture/values, although it doesn't always implement the same at each office/country.

    Cons

    As of 2012, company has been having financial difficulties (similar to the world).
