I have been working at Nokia full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent people, good work-life balance, good tools/processes, treats contractors/partners fairly, good work environment, truly global company - opportunities to work with cultures across the globe, colleagues becomes friends, Socially responsible employer - bridge program for departing employees eg. training, retrenchment packages, seed money for those who wished to start business.

    Cons

Cons only of late due to company fallen behind in the smartphone stakes. Reorgs over the past 2 year makes it difficult to work under cloud of uncertainty and can be very frustrating at times. Used to have great IT services, support structure/framework but not anymore after recent decision to outsource bulk of IT services.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't stop innovating. Lumia, Pureview are testament of the innovation prowess that made Nokia great and market the hell out of the products. People must know about it to buy.
