Current Employee – been working at Northrop Grumman
Pros – Northrop really respects their employees and is very focused on work/life balance. They really go after college students for internships and their personal development program, which is great for 'touring' different offices for a few years.
They also have telecommuting for some work, and its likely to get easier to this in the future!
Cons – The compensation is not as high as some of the other defense contractors, but its not too far off and the benefits of working @ NGC probably outweigh the difference.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work. The focus on work/life balance is important in today's busy life.
