Good place to work

Subcontracts Administrator I (Current Employee)

ProsGreat place to work, the take care of their employees and want to keep you working for them. Good benefits including insurance and retirement. Management knows and cares about employees on all levels. There is a big focus on ethics and making quality decisions, which is key because some competitors are willing to cut corners to shave costs and win contracts.

ConsUnstable environment because of the nature of the business in working with government contracts. the pay scale has been reduced and each position has a range that is allowed to be paid in and getting out of that is nearly impossible.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
