ProsThey have a good training program
You earn what you put into it
Talented upper management
They want you to have a life outside of work

ConsIt's a lot of hard work
You have to do cold calling or as they word it, " favorable introductions"
You have to start with a strong network of people

Pros: Great people. Company morals are top notch. Flexible hours. Lots of trips… Cons: It is a networking, personal sales position for most of the company which can be difficult. You have to have a strong work ethic… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
