    Pros: decent pay and opportunity for advancement for a qualified associate.… Cons: Long hours, employees that just dont care, no appreciation for… Advice to Senior Management: Take care of your own and they will take care of you. Dont cut pay rate and hours from the store level, then bonus… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
