I have been working at OmniVision Technologies
Pros – Digital imaging is a growing industry.
Cons – Senior Management does not communicate decisions to employees effectively. Very poor communication between groups.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat employees with respect and they will respect you back.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
