Former Employee – worked at Onslow Memorial Hospital

Pros – Salary and benefits are in line. But no raises in a few years.

Cons – Senior Management does not have a grasp of things at a lower level, only the mile high view.

Advice to Senior Management – Walk the talk in regards to being loyal to staff. Remove the politics that hold good staff back and promotes and tolerates non performing staff. It is not the military, senior staff need to be looked at in regards to managers and directors.
