I worked at Pareto full-time for less than a year

good pay and bonuses if you are willing to put extra effort in

standing for long time. hard to sell in stores

    I have been working at Pareto full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    RRSP contribution matching of 50% to a MAX of $2500.
    there are some good people who work here.
    some employees will get together to have a potluck or social, but rarely. Management are never involved in these unless to get free food.

    Cons

    No raises given.
    Poor employee moral.
    Management only cares about their bonus and never passes it along to staff.
    low job security.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    inflation raises are necessity.
    give more praise to the employees.
    stop with the inappropriate jokes during meetings, especially from upper managements (CEOs and VPs)
    Take heed, people are quitting the company for a reason.

    Pros

    The company will allow you to build on your expected competencies / abilities. Training can and will be provided as needed.

    Cons

    This is a very young company still building out it's organization model.
    Politics.
    Formal reviews (performance and otherwise) not occurring as often as are needed.
