Pros – The people are friendly and helpful in teaching and showing you the techniques and tools. The upper level managers listen to what you need and provide suggestions

Cons – The floor employees are highly resistant and unwilling to cooperate with any new implementation and difficult in following directions so unless you are strict in enforcing them it will be hard for any new employes
