Pros – The job is interesting, great benefits, pay is OK depending on the position held. Good people to work with and stable job if you want to keep it.

Recruiting practices for Hourly associates need improvement
Low pay for hourly workers
Annual raises are non-existent or below inflation
Advice to Senior Management – Implement a pay plan that rewards seniority in the company. Currently, workers get paid the same hourly rate no matter how many years they have been there. There is a difference in the worth of a 6 month employee and a 10 year employee. Get rid of incompetent leadership where appropriate.
