Current Employee – been working at PetSmart
Pros – Well compensated store managers great bonus plan
Cons – hours worked usually end up 60-70 hrs, DMs spend to much time micro managing stores
Advice to Senior Management – Empower Managers to run their stores
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
