I have been working at PharmaNet/i3 full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Good company to work for. I have not had a lot of over time. They have paid me well and I have provided valuable work for them.

Cons

The benefits are probably in line with other CROs but there are other companies outside this industry who provide better ones.

I worked at PharmaNet/i3 as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Good salary, willing to negotiate, many available locations

    Cons

Horrible benefits, unprofessional management, unwillingness to help employees with issues

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When an employee has a serious issue of harassment from another i3 employee, do not overlook it. Also company emails sent to contractors are always misleading, full of spelling errors, and accusatory.
