Current Employee – been working at Praxair full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Decent benefits
Opportunity to set own goals and objectives
Cons – Horrible communication through out facility
Poor customer service
Arrogant culture
Advice to Senior Management – Get involved!! Hold managers responsible not just for safety and sales!! This facility should be the gold standard in area instead it's looked upon as a laughingstock! Department managers lack leadership skills.
