I worked at PwC as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Nice colleagues, friendly environment, positive appraisal, opportunities for developement. The experienced managers are very professional. Laid back dress code.

    Cons

Long working hours, senior manegers often too busy to assign a new task, often not clear instructions given. Can't comment on compensation since I was an unpaid intern.

I worked at PwC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Pwc is one of the most reputable accounting firms in the world and has an environment one would like to be in and associated with.

Team work is very important in every work PwC does where everyone's knowledge and skills are pooled together to ensure all work done is of highest quality

You do meet some truly inspiring people who you learn from. And also do have an opportunity to share your own insights as well.

PwC gives a good number of study leave days available to prepare for your exams.

    Cons

Be prepared to work LATE during peak seasons.... But I believe it is so in other industries as well. However once you love the job, you wouldn't mind the late night working. :-)
