Pros

You learn things, but more importantly you get exposed to what life really is like in an accounting firm of this size. If you find that you enjoy this sort of lifestyle, then there is no better firm than PwC. Otherwise, you should really find another career, or go to internal auditing.

Cons

Long busy season, long hours during busy season, and difficult to keep a consistent work-life balance. The job really becomes the center of your universe.

    Pros

PwC offers great training programme and the people whom I have encountered are very nice and friendly, they would offer you help when necessary. It was a very fruitful and memorable experience having done my internship in PwC Singapore.

    Cons

Probably the fact that the rapport between the audit teams might not be as tight as possible because there is very limited lunch time. There is lesser bonding with your audit teams as well because they keep changing within weeks. The longer hours to work is also a known fact to all potential auditors out there, so be ready for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to make the culture as lively and tight-knit as possible because people are PwC's greatest asset.
