Large network to connect to.
Strong intellectual capital.
Strong work life balance.

Cons

Tradeoffs based on Pros:
Large network results in week personal connections.
Strong intellectual capital results in misuse and lack of knowledge by team to use IC.
Strong work life balance means people get lazy.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company works well for its size, and continued business development is key.

    Great opportunities, strong leadership with focus on staff development, good compensation, talented staff, high quality clients

    Cons

    A lot of departments and structure can be difficult to understand, networking can be difficult.

    I worked at PwC full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    You need experience at a public firm in order to get your CA and make a ton of friends in the process. PwC people seem to be more social and "fun" than other big firms (at least in this city).

    Cons

    Huge workload and lots of (unpaid) overtime. Can be extremely stressful at times, but I guess that's the price you pay for attaining a CA.
