Pros – benefits are on par
experience obtained is valuable
training is comprehensive
modern and up to date work space
work worth doing

Cons – pay is on the low end of industry
project services department is overworked
not all departments share accountability equally
work life balance is quickly tossed out the window as projects run 24/7

Advice to Senior Management – change control is needed. pay for performance instead of time in position. burnout and consequent high turnover is to be expected if a frantic pace is always necessary
