I have been working at RPM Mortgage full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great pay plus bonuses, no micromanagement , friendly coworkers, family oriented, great learning environment, excellent bennfits, jean Friday and lots of paid holidays
Cons – The only downside is that for the most part we work long hours
Advice to Senior Management – Thank you for creating such a positive work environment.
