I have been working at Raytheon full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Raytheon has been a great place to grow my career to date. I have been given challenging assignments and projects to work on aas well as differing roles that have increased in responsibility over time. The company gives you room to make your career what you want it to be.

    Cons

The downside to having a great assignment and experience is that its totally dependent on what group you're assigned to. I've found that some groups do a much better job at supporting career growth and learning opportunities.

More transparency in company communications could go a long way in advancing the overall team feel of the workplace.
