“Razorfish is a good place to work. A bit nerdy. Most of the really talented people end up leaving.”

Pros – Smart people, good agency to have on resume and good pay.
Cons – Mediocre performers who play the political game do get promoted.
Advice to Senior Management – Fire the employees who play the political games and who don't produce.
