I worked at Reebok full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good camaraderie, good mid-level managers, high performing teams, opportunity to take risks to make a difference

Cons

Politics, senior team heavy, big brother is always watching...

Reebok has a lot of talented people, management needs to find a better way to find and use that talent to generate sustainable results.

    I worked at Reebok as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

    Corproate culture is laid back and everyone is super nice. The health perks are great. Upper admins are easy to get a hold of and open to listening to younger workers.

    Cons

    I was hired as a temp and was told numerous times that they loved what I did and that I worked hard and that I was next on the list for fultime employment when a space opened up. I was there for a year and while there 3 people were hired for positions I was totally qualified for then after 1 year my temp contract was over and I was let go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be real with your employees. I was told numerous times that a job offer would come my way if I just kept working the way I was and because of that, when my contract ended I was caught standing stillinstead of being fully prepared with a new job afterwards
