The teller position is one of the hardest and most important positions in banking.

    Teller (Current Employee)

I have been working at Regions Financial full-time for more than a year

Pros: The position has great hours (when the branch is properly staffed) and good… Cons: The branches are under staffed more often than they are properly staffed causing stress for the associates. The sales goals are not realistic in some… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

I worked at Regions Financial full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Reputable company with many available opportunities if you are able… Cons: Unable to advance due to management being able to hold you back.… Advice to Senior Management: Stop hiring only friends and hire more deserving applicants More
