“Good people, doing good work”
Current Employee – been working at Renown Health full-time for more than a year
Pros – hospital, medical environment, growth environment, encourages people to grow and learn
Cons – the 401k benefit is not competitive, also you have to wait 90 days for benefits to kick in, which is hard on employees or people changing jobs
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
