Current Employee – been working at Rentrak full-time

Pros – very easy job
lots of time off during christmas
if you do not like to talking to anyone or like tv and movies this is your place

Cons – 1. lead scheduler has no communications skills
2. if you are not part of the clique you do not get the information
3. supervisor have poor leadership training
4. poor new employee training program

Advice to Senior Management – establish a training program that has set goals and this are reviewed weekly
supervise your supervisors
