Good place to work

I have been working at Revlon

ProsFun, creative industry in the middle of New York City. Really nice working environment with smart, nice people. Large advertising campaigns.

ConsRevlon was in such a bad place financially, that they brought in finance people to straighten everything out. The financials have gotten so much better, but there are no marketing people at the top level. A brand-driven company should probably have some marketing input at the highest level...

Advice to Senior ManagementLeadership is getting better all the time. As soon as the leaders trust what the workers are doing, the products will do even better.
