Pros

Great benefits, high standards, good people and a strong performance-oriented culture

Cons

Competitive environment, very high accountability for results, sometimes you can get thrown under the bus by your peers and even your superiors.

Advice to Management

Examine work-life balance and pay attention to workplace wellness programs if you want to retain key people.

    Pros

Overall clean place, not so much to say

    Cons

Without going into too much detail, this place is one of the worst I've ever worked at. They treat you like crap.

    Advice to Management

Put yourselves in employees' shoes for once, do not expect 20-bucks-an-hour work from a 10-bucks-an-hour paid employee

  2. Was on a mat leave contract for a year...

    Pros

Great people to work with, decent enough pay..

    Cons

When person who went on Mat Leave decided to leave the company permanently, I was not offered the job full-time, but instead given another 6-month contract with the promise to make me full-time at the end of that time. After the 6 months, I was offered ANOTHER contract, instead of full-time...no benefits. I left the company and they gave the full-time to someone else who was already working there.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees a little better, more communication.
