“Best staffing firm to work for”
Current Employee – been working at Roth Staffing full-time for more than a year
Pros – The 2 most attractive things about Roth Staffing to me are 1) Office culture - warm, friendly, hard-working and 2) Work/Life balance - everyone is encouraged to take time off and spend time with family or friends and there is no overtime. In addition, every person that provides support in corporate goes above and beyond to assist field employees with whatever they need.
Cons – Because of the work environment, you have to be extra diligent to stay focussed on tasks at hand...motivate yourself...as, it's still a sales driven environment.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
