Pros – Direct contact with our customers. Get an instant sense of things right and wrong.
Good sense of direction from management

Cons – Management styles vary from department to department.
Poor software for staff use over different department means different approaches to work
Training schedules vary wildly

Advice to Senior Management – better communication with staff. Standardise more interdepartmental co-operation so less chances for miscommunication to the public or something falling between the cracks.
