    - no employee development

    - find a way to offer growth and development to deserving people. It seems once people hit a certain level, their only recourse is to jump to another company for growth

    Difficult to get a permanent position unless there is an opening
    No bonuses

    Many talents are leaving the company because the HR and Finance department are not flexible enough to keep them in.
