Pros

Work/life balance; benefits are excellent; it is great place to work because of coo-workers; if you perform well you do not have to worry about loosing your job since something will be found for you to work on

Cons

There is not enough training; it looks like management is not that interested to improve anything for its employees; it's hard to move on to a higher position;

    CMMI Level III Organization, a lot of room for professional development through SAIC University, offers a lot of benefits.

    Cons

    Does not find you jobs when a contract loses funding. Very light on work load at times.

    Pros

    The company has wonderful benefits especially with longevity.

    Cons

    No contract = No JOB and NO severance. I worked there for 12 plus years and was let go because of lack of coverage and did not receive any severance!!

    Advice to Management

    Management talks about retaining employees, but it's not practiced. As soon as the contract runs out, so does the job!!
