I have been working at SGT

Prossmall size company with opportunity to grow, employees have the opportunity to move around and touch a lot of things

Consnot enough employee development program. limited budget for training, continue education, seminars. Travel for mandatory workshops can be limited due to funding.

Advice to Senior Managementpromote personal development of junior employees, promote continue education, sponsor some professional certificates, promote excellence by rewarding those who meet expectation
