Pros

Still stands on the ethics of honesty and service. Takes care of its employees and has been transparent about its standing since gone private.

Cons

Seems like its losing its charm and trying hard in this economic climate to maintain profit.

    at some point you cut too much and your product suffers as a result. You cant bill for top talent and then bring in freshly minted UMUC grads
