I have been working at Sabre full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – ability to work at home, lovely campus, casual dress, engaging projects and co-workers.

Cons – not enough training, pay is on the lower side of average for a technology company

Advice to Senior Management – be even more flexible with work at home arrangements, develop existing employee
