Pros

Pay, culture, work/life Balance, volunteering, flexibility, benefits, training, exposure to new things, ability to be successful in many ways

Cons

I don't have any complaints as of yet. The only thing someone coming into the company may not like is the consistency that is change within the company.

    I worked at Salesforce full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    When things are running well, the money is good and you feel like a king.
    Benefits and employee support are amazing

    Cons

    Your territory dictates your success to a large degree and you can't do anything about it if the territory is weak.
    Lots of pressure to make your number every month

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be honest that all territories are not created equally. A good rep in a bad patch can still get put on a performance plan despite a strong track record of success.

    - good working environment
    - great collaboration
    - good career opportunities
    - amazing reference

    Cons

    - too much focus on Sales
    - too much delay on payroll related issues

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    On first sight you'd think team work and collaboration is a big part of Salesforce.com and everyone contributes to the greater good and the growth of the company but if you look closer you see huge differences in how different departments are treated. For example Account Executives not only get better paid they also get free lunches, can win paid travels in contests and so forth. In my opinion there should be more and equally as rewarding incentives for other departments who help the growth of the company in their way.
